Information used by the marketplace
Computerizm stores account identifiers, profile names, listings, approximate listing locations, messages, favorites, reports, reviews, component requests and feedback needed to operate the marketplace. Private messages and private attachments are not public catalog data.
Sale and pricing evidence
When a seller marks a listing sold, Computerizm stores the reported price, quantity, condition, date, market, and a hardware identity snapshot. The seller is retained internally for abuse prevention and evidence quality. Public estimates expose only aggregates and never seller identities or individual seller fingerprints.
Storage and access
When you explicitly run Check Hardware Value, unrecognized specific model names or part numbers may be retained as anonymous catalog-review evidence. Computerizm stores only the qualified component identity and relevant structured specifications for this purpose—not the full PC configuration, valuation, raw hardware export, serial numbers, IP address, user agent or browser fingerprint. Generic RAM, storage and power-supply configurations are not catalog candidates.
Public listing images are intentionally public. Feedback attachments, administrative notes and other private evidence use restricted access. Authorized administrators may review reports, feedback and sale evidence for moderation and integrity purposes.
Retention and requests
Audit evidence may be retained after a correction or cancellation so changes are not silently erased. Users can request account or data handling and report privacy concerns through Feedback & support. Retention periods and production processors require owner/legal review before launch.
Security and beta limitations
Computerizm applies access controls and data minimization but no online service can promise absolute security. This draft does not claim formal compliance with any particular legal regime.
